These rooms (10 and 11) are located via an outside staircase. They each have their own porch with a full size mirror. Inside, the bedrooms have super king sized beds (which can be arranged as a twin room with 2 full size single beds), a 42” flat screen TV with Sky TV including sports.

The en-suite bathrooms have a bath with a separate shower. These rooms share a balcony overlooking the garden.

• All of the rooms are ensuite. Please note, Rooms 1, 2 and 7 are oversized shower only and the rest are bath and shower.
• Single occupancy is available in all rooms and is £30 less than the tariff based on 2 people sharing per night
• Twin Occupancy is available in Superking Rooms
• Room 3 is a family room and can have multiple occupancy
