With Hoisin Sauce.

SOUP

Clear Vegetable and Noodle, Garnished with Crispy Sliced Chicken Breast.

 

RED COOKED PORK FILLET

Fillet of Pork, Marinated in a Mixture of Chinese Spices and

Flavourings, Roasted in a Hot Oven, Served Thinly Sliced.

STIR FRIED RICE

Rice, Stir Fried with Sweet Peppers, Water Chestnuts, Onion,

Peas, Ham, Prawns and Egg.

SIZZLING BEEF

Strips of English Beef Fillet, Stir Fried with Sweet Peppers, Onions, Fresh Ginger and Oyster Sauce, Served on a Hot Sizzle Plate.

CRISPY LAMB

Local Lamb, Marinated in Chinese Spices, Steamed,

Deep Fried until Crisp.

SPRING ROLLS

Home Made Spring Rolls, with Onions, Peppers, Celery, Bacon, Bean Sprouts, Water Chestnuts and Various Spices.

PRAWN TOASTIES

Thinly Cut Bread, Covered with a Puree of Prawns, Fresh Ginger, Spring Onions and Sesame Oil, Deep Fried, Topped with Sesame Seeds.

SALMON

Steamed Salmon, Taken off the Bone, Baked in a Very Hot Oven, Served on a bed of Fine Beans, Sugar Snap Peas, Babycorn, Spring Onion and Ginger.

 

PORK SPARE RIBS

Served with a Hot Chilli Sauce.
